Contract & Temporary staff
Experienced, suitably qualified & skilled personnel are available to provide cover for sickness, maternity, annual leave and whilst permanent positions are being filled and for special projects.
The use of our contract and temporary staff assists in providing flexible and cost-effective solutions to supplement core-staff levels; ensuring service delivery is maintained at a high level.
Contract staff can be supplied at short notice to work on an hourly rate with a weekly notice period, or on a fixed term contract basis. They can be released without the need for redundancy payments, lengthy notice periods etc. at the end of each contract.
If you were to employ an employee directly it is estimated that 'on top' costs could be as much as 50% of salary. These would include payments such as advertising, interviewing, payroll administration, training, pensions and benefits.
However, as temporary or contract staffs are only paid for actual hours worked or contract term, such employees are the ideal short to medium term personnel solution.
