Aim: This course will appeal to those who have already gained experience of working as a manager either within the current organisation or elsewhere, and who are keen to reflect on their leadership role.

Aim: To enable managers to manage conflict between individuals within their team , including themselves

- List the responsibilities of a manager when faced with conflict within their team

- Explain your personal tendencies when faced with conflict
